SMS Alerts Enrollment

This is the enrollment form every recipient completes and signs before a Syncore administrator adds their mobile number to the alarm notification settings. Signed forms are kept on file.

What this program sends

Syncore remotely monitors electrical power equipment (utility service, generators, breakers) at its customers’ facilities. When monitored equipment at a site listed below raises a critical alarm, such as loss of utility power, a generator or breaker fault, or loss of communication with the site, Syncore sends an automated text alert to the people enrolled for that site so they can respond.

• Alarm alerts only. No marketing or promotional messages are ever sent.
• Message frequency varies with equipment events: typically 0 to 10 messages a month, more during an outage.
• Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.
• Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Text alerts supplement, and do not replace, on-site alarms and emergency procedures. A text can be delayed or missed.
