This policy explains how Syncore Group LLC and its divisions (“Syncore”, “we”) collect, use and protect personal information through syncore-group.com, our remote monitoring services and our text-message alerts.
Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, role, email address, phone number and mobile number, for example when you contact us, request a quote, apply for a job or enroll in alarm text alerts.
- Service account information: for customers of our remote monitoring service, the sign-in identity your organization provides and the notification settings your administrator configures.
- Equipment data: operating data from the electrical equipment we monitor for our customers. This is data about equipment, not about people.
- Website usage: standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to operate and secure the website.
How we use it
- To provide the services you or your organization requested, including sending alarm notifications by email and text message.
- To respond to inquiries, quotes and job applications.
- To operate, secure and improve our website and services.
- To meet legal obligations.
Text messaging
If you enroll in Syncore Alarm Text Alerts, we use your mobile number only to send the alarm alerts you agreed to receive and to answer HELP and STOP requests. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the messaging service provider that delivers the messages on our behalf, which may process your number solely to deliver them. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us deliver our services (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery and text-message delivery), under obligations to protect it and use it only for that purpose, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we protect it with reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you notifications, by contacting us below.
